The Root and the Fruit
A company built not just on what we do, but on why we do it — and the character we bring to every relationship.
Our Foundation
At our core, we are a community of Christians. Our faith is not a private hobby or a set of suggestions; it is the root from which every action grows. We believe that because we are created by God and accountable to Him, our work is an act of worship.
We do not expect every partner or future team member to share our faith, but we do require them to respect the "House Culture" that our faith has built. We operate with a "High-Accountability / High-Grace" model because we believe truth and love are inseparable.
Our Convictions
We recognize that our worldview leads to behaviors that may feel counter-cultural. We choose these paths not because they are easy, but because we believe they are True.
Because we believe…
Every person is made in the Image of God.
May be uncomfortable if…
You believe status, title, or nationality determines a person's value.
Because we believe…
God sees what is done in secret.
May be uncomfortable if…
You believe "it's only wrong if you get caught" or that "small" deceptions are okay.
Because we believe…
We are stewards, not owners.
May be uncomfortable if…
You prefer to do the bare minimum or "clock out" mentally while on the job.
Because we believe…
Pride is the root of conflict.
May be uncomfortable if…
You seek power for yourself or find it difficult to admit when you are wrong.
Because we believe…
Truth sets us free.
May be uncomfortable if…
You prefer office politics, "saving face" through silence, or passive-aggressiveness.
Because we believe…
Forgiveness is a mandate.
May be uncomfortable if…
You prefer to hold grudges or "cancel" people instead of seeking reconciliation.
Our Global Expressions
Because our team spans from Rural New York to China and Africa, we translate our culture across borders through three commitments.
Integrity Beyond Eyesight
In some cultures, "cheating the system" is seen as survival. In ours, it is a violation of our identity. Whether in New York, Nairobi, or Beijing — we act as if God is our only supervisor. We do not steal time, inflate reports, or compromise on quality.
Equality Across Borders
We reject any cultural hierarchy that devalues people based on gender or geography. Men and women, Westerners and Non-Westerners, leaders and assistants — we are all co-heirs. We listen to the quietest voice in the room because wisdom isn't reserved for the highest-paid person.
The "Open Table" Policy
We are a "Great Commission" people — our doors are open to everyone. We offer our best service to the skeptic, the seeker, and the believer alike. We don't hide who we are, but we never use our faith as a hammer — only as a hearth to keep people warm.
The Invitation
If you resonate with these values — even if you are still exploring the faith behind them — you will find a home here. If you find these standards of honesty and self-sacrifice burdensome, we may not be the right fit for you.
We aim to be a light, and light is only useful if it remains distinct.
"Our faith unites us, but our backgrounds enrich us. With team members across the USA, China, and Africa, we celebrate the diverse ways the Kingdom of God is expressed through work and community."
